How it works

  • And not least because the MPH racing watch (yep, you’ve guessed it – Miles Per Hour) is a tribute to exceptional sportsman and Le Mans winner extraordinaire, Tom Kristensen.

Rosendahl Watch - Side view 

  • This is the latest from designer Bo Bonfils at Rosendahl and recalls that world-famous, 24-hour race – complete with red and green pins at the top of the clock face to symbolise the starting lights on the race track and the rev counter on an Audi racing car.
      
  • The grooves on the crown are inspired by tread patterns (what else?), the bracelet is patterned on motor components and driving gloves, and - if that weren’t all - seven-times Le Mans winner Tom Kristensen has signed the dial.
      
  • Plus, if you turn it over, the back plate of the watch is also engraved with his seven victories on the racetrack, the most recent being, as you know, in 2005.

  • And of course, the MPH is Swiss-made, has an ETA 251.262 automatic movement and comes complete with blue sapphire lens and is 100m water-resistant.
     
  • The bracelet is stainless steel, and as befits something of this quality, comes in a brushed/mirror polished stainless steel case.
